Free Local Christmas Delivery

Each Christmas we offer free delivery to the local area with delivery guaranteed before Christmas. Minimum spend is $50. Offer restricted to certain postcodes only. List below.


Local Pick up

Pick up is available from our warehouse in Gilderoy, VIC 3797


The warehouse is not open to the public. A pick up date and time will be arranged once your order has been processed, normally within 24hrs.

Same day dispatch for orders received before 9am. *



The expected delivery times in the table below are those provided by our chosen shipping company. They are estimates only and Hugs for Kids cannot guarantee any delivery time once your parcel has been dispatched.

$11 Flat Rate Regular Post across Australia*



We offer a $11 flat rate delivery fee for non-express orders unless the parcel exceeds certain weight or dimension limits or if the destination is New Zealand.
If you wish to utilise an Express Post service, the costs by State and Parcel Sizes will be shown at checkout.






New Zealand

Please note that deliveries to New Zealand will be dispatched as per Australian orders but will take between 3-10 business days to arrive. Please also not that international deliveries cannot be tracked and therefore Hugs for Kids takes no responsibility for undelivered items. Freight cost will be calculated at checkout.

 

 

 

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Flat Rate Delivery is not available for items or parcels that exceed certain weights or dimensions. If you have selected one of these items, you will be presented with the available postage options for your order weight/size in the checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to customer error (such as incorrect address details entered), any attempted re-delivery will be charged at the full applicable rate. This includes any orders which originally qualified for free shipping. Payment of said delivery fee will be required before the order is re-delivered. 

Hugs for Kids is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct, however in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order as confirmed, we will notify you within 24 hours to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a refund.

Hugs for Kids only delivers products within Australia and New Zealand. All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours with delivery times after dispatch depending on the shipping option selected by the customer.

Dispatch occurs Monday to Friday. All orders received after 9am will be dispatched the following business day, unless there is an issue with the items, in which case customers can expect to head from us in that same time frame.
