Change of mind
Hugs for kids has a 14-day change of mind return policy. Please cotact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a retun. To be eligible for a refund on returned products, your order must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Freight charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Hugs for Kids.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@hugsforkids.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once the goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you via email and confirm that a refund will be processed. We will process the refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we notified you of the refund being processed, please contact us at orders@hugsforkids.com.au.

Faulty items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is found to be faulty we will gladly replace or refund it as long as we are contacted within a reasonable time. Details of the fault, including photos if possible, should be emailed to admin@hugsforkids.com.au for assesment. We may request that you return the item to us for further inspection.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for change of mind, such as personal care goods, baby gifts, towels, feeding items etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
