Refunds & Returns
Hugs for Kids is committed to customer service. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.
If you are purchasing clothing, please choose carefully. We will exchange for a different size only if available. If there are no alternative sizes available in that style, we will exchange for another item of your choice only if it is a current style, in stock and the item you purchased was full price.
All size exchanges will incur postage charges both for you to return the product to us, and for us to provide you the replacement (unless the product is not true to size or is deemed faulty). If you would like further information or exact measurements prior to purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to measure the garments to assist you in choosing an appropriate size.
Please note that sale items are non-returnable and all sale item transactions are final.
With respect to returns for condition or fault issues, Hugs for Kids reserves the right to refund only the purchase price (not postage), if it is deemed that the item in question is actually in saleable condition.
